    Run! I have never worked with such horrible contractor. Didnt start job or complete job as promised . Never applied for permit before work began, and then did not close it out. So Many mistakes the code enforcement shut them down. Doubled initial quote- refused to finish work without getting paid upfront.

    I contacted them to replace a main breaker for a condo unit that is right across the street from them. They said will be there tomorrow, Friday morning - they never showed up. I called on Monday and suddenly they didnt have anything available until 10 days out. When the technician came, he looked at the job and said its $1600, which seemed outrageous. When they sent me the formal quote, it stated 100% must be paid upfront, and that is totally outrageous, not even sure its legal to do that. They said the part I needed was three weeks out. I found someone else who purchased the breaker that same day and is doing the job for considerably less. On different sites, they have very good reviews, but theyre all probably from them and their friends.

    I requested a quote for some electrical worked needed in 2 apartments. The tech that came out was very nice b ut the whole time he was there I felt like he was digging for more work, even going so far as to push their select club to get better service and discounts. All of this gave me a weird feeling but it was when I asked about how much of a deposit they require.I was told this was a small one to two day job so Payment in full was expected to book the job.State law is 1/3 down. They wanted the full $3900 up front.No Way. Red Flags every where.
