Olympia moved us from ******** to ****** and stored in Watertown, ** all our lifelong belongings acquired from around the world. In 2021 when we visited the Olympia Storage facility in ********* to arrange for a move to our permanent home, we discovered serious damage and missing pieces. Hand carved dining table legs disappeared, antique chandelier damaged, antique furniture legs broken, Persian carpets soiled. By late 2021 Olympia sent a furniture restorer to evaluate the cost of repair and in Jan 2022 we received a check as a final settlement which we returned as you could not fill a gas tank in a sedan with their check. In Feb 2022 we wrote to **********************, **************** and ***************, three top three executives at Olympia. To-date we have not received a response from anyone, which is absolutely stunning for a firm that focuses on customers. We were never offered insurance coverage for the Olympia Watertown warehouse storage. When we made aclaim based on the insurance coverage we bought from **, we were informed that it was for the transportation from **-BOS and that we did not have coverage for the storage with Olympia Watertown warehouse. We were not informed that we needed added warehouse insurance, or we would have bought it like we did initially when it left **. This was our final retirement move and what a nightmare of an experience with Olympia after paying them top dollar for quality service. Here are some sample photographs!Olympia Moving and Storage

Given that this move originated more than 2 years ago, it took a little while to complete our due diligence and to speak with the relevant parties involved.Most of your concerns outlined relate to a claim. Social media is not the appropriate format to have a discussion related to coverage, but we will respond separately/directly to the email on file in an effort to resolve this matter.With respect to the lack of responsiveness from the executive team, we checked with **************** and ********************** and neither of them recall receiving a letter or email. We have used Olympia moving 3x! Excellent service with each one. The moves were 2 straightforward and one complicated(state to state with multiple storage facilities). I have moved many times in my life. This was by far my best moving experience. The moving platform was incredible, beginning with my interaction with **** in sales who was beyond helpful and ****** who helped me become organized and focused. This was a two stop move. Our team headed by ***** and including ****, ******* and ****** was professional, efficient and they got the job done! They were all also truly nice people. They went above and beyond anything that I expected. I was very stressed about this move and within 5 minutes, I knew that I was in great hands. I will be moving to a few other homes and I will use them again and again. I trust them and admire their superior workmanship.Olympia Moving and Storage
