    We take all client concerns seriously and strive to resolve them in alignment with the terms of our membership agreements. In this case, the client, Ms. ******* *******, enrolled in our membership program through our online portal on October 4, 2024, agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in the membership agreement.

    Ms. ******* submitted a request to cancel her membership in December 2024, citing an accident that allegedly occurred in October 2024. However, no supporting medical documentation has been provided to substantiate this claim, as required under Section 7.2(a) of the membership agreement for cancellations due to medical reasons.

    Additionally, Ms. ******** account is past due by two months, with associated late fees. The outstanding balance remains valid and enforceable under the terms of the agreement. Furthermore, the agreement requires a 30-day written notice for cancellation, which has not been properly fulfilled.

    We have also not received prior dialogue from Ms. ******* regarding her accident or intention to cancel her membership. Moreover, Ms. ******* opted out of receiving studio emails, which prevented our automated system from notifying her about past-due payments and important updates.

    We remain committed to addressing her concerns and will gladly work with her to bring the account into good standing or review any documentation she may provide regarding her cancellation request.
