Returns are allowed (subject to the See Exceptions below) for 30 days from date of delivery purchase. To the fullest extent allowed by law, No material may be returned after 30 days, no exceptions.
All Merchandise returned within 30 days for refund or exchange is subject to our final inspection and may be assessed a 30 % handling/restocking charge at the sole discretion of LaFauci Tile & Marble, Inc.
No Returns will be allowed on the following:
Special orders
Close outs and Discontinued Materials
Opened Cartoons
Ceramic Mosaic (sheet) tile
Setting Materials including grouting materials
Tools and tool accessories
Any material not compatible with current stock
Material in damaged or dirty cartons
Seconds and off-grade items
Refunds will be provided out in the following manner.
Returns, which were originally paid for in cash in amounts , of $50.00 or less, will be refunded via a cash refund.
Returns, that were originally paid for in cash or check, over $50.00 will be refunded via LaFauci Tile & Marble Inc. check made out and mailed to the person/company that purchased the original order. Allow 10 business days for processing check payment.
Returns that were originally paid for with a Credit/Debit card will be refunded to the same Credit/Debit card.
