      On May 23, 2025 I went to ************************************************************ and clicked on 'Book Free Test Now', and filled out my information. I received an email from ******* on the same day asking me to book my 'Free New Patient Special', so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. The email confirmation I received also stated this was free. Upon entering the business, I was told I had to pay $99 and then was taken back for blood work. I was then told to wait in the waiting area for my test results. One of their employees told me to follow her in to a meeting room and I waited in there for my test results. After a few minutes and me asking numerous times about my test results, she went to check and came back stating my levels were fine, and I was not a candidate for their ************ therapy. After leaving, I find I was charged an additional $3.50 that was not made aware of until after the fact. I then looked back at all the correspondence I received from them and nowhere was it noted that there was a charge for this 'free test'. On May 28, 2025, I responded to *******'s email asking for the charges to be refunded. I was immediately told no. When I started I was charged for something I did not receive, I was told I could go back and they could 'consult' me on vitamin injections.Finally, after a few days, ******* agreed to process the refund back. When I asked for her to reply to the email chain with confirmation once the refund has been processed, I was told no and was hung up on. There was no answer from the business when I attempted to call back.A few minutes later, my phone rang and someone who identified themselves as the 'owner' of GameDay, continued to say I was wrong and threatened me, swore at me, verbally assaulted me and hung up the phone.
