      I have used Lynch on occasion and do know they are more expensive than other landscapers. The company that usually clears the leaves in my yard was unable to do so this year because of lack of workers. Unfortunately they neglected to tell me until I contacted them in late October. Lynch did step in when I contacted them. I requested they come mid-November and they suggested they do two clean *** which I rejected. They came November 10 blowing the leaves on the side and back of the house into the ***** and only piling the leaves in the front to be picked up later. The leaves along the tree line side and back were nearly knee deep. The pile of leaves left in the front to be picked up by another crew, buried a **** ****. I had to take a rake and clear them from the **** and called to ask them to take care when loading the pile later. Then to my surprise on December 12 the crew appeared again for another clean up which I had rejected. I called the office and was told by the receptionist (on a call back) that I would not be charged for the second cleaning. When the invoice came both dates were on the bill and the charge was $850. This was $500 more than I had paid in the past and even outdid my latest heating fuel bill. I contacted the rep I had had in the past by email and was told I was not charged for both but they just mentioned the two dates. He said the charge was $750 for the clean up and $100 for the disposal. This seems rather extreme seeing as how even on the bill it states blowing the leaves on the side and back into the ***** and only removing the leaves from the front (which is the smallest area). I am retired and on a fixed income. Of course, I will never use this company again, and hope this complaint will make another potential customer think twice before hiring this group.
