    Fairlawn monuments are a bunch of cooks they take your money do not fulfill there obligations and then make you chase them for results. very disrespectful and unprofessional.DONT use them

    Would choose - 0 stars if given the option.My mother pre-paid for her funeral and stone well before her death from COVID in May of 2020. After three years of her stone never being completed and inconsistent (really non-existent) communication from and with Fairlawn Monument, we just received a notice in the mail yesterday (5/17/23) that they are "very sorry that we are unable to provide the monument selected and bench that you created".Our Mother has passed, what would happen if we were not here to stand up for her stone being completed? Would they just have kept the money and never put a headstone in place? They blamed it on "personal issues" even though we have sent almost hundreds of emails @ this point since Sept. 2020. We have had to show up at their business multiple times after our calls/emails were not being returned, giving them ample time and opportunity to explain any/all issues going on, which they chose not to do by only sending us a "wish you the best" letter with with a check that would not even come close to covering the costs of a stone in today's market. BAD BUSINESS. DISRESPECTFUL TO THE DECEASED. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
