    Tuesday 2/13 I received a phone call from someone named ******. He told me my car was in the act of being repossessed because I'd missed payments. I got off the phone with him and immediately called my bank and paid them the two missed payments on the spot. The next morning I went to the parking lot to get in my car and go to work ( I live in an apartment complex) and it had been towed. To my knowledge, it is illegal to tow a car without the owner's permission on private property (apartment complex parking lot). This entire thing has been incredibly sketchy, unprofessional, and all around disturbing.

    ****** finance center made an order to towed car due to non-payment, at that time I had already paid, when I called we realized that the person who gave me the information to deposit the money was correct but the difference was that instead of waster union, it was for money gram, on November 3 when we picked up the car we realized that the car was pulled a lot to the right, we immediately went to the inspection and indeed the control arm and the alignment were damaged, due to the poor handling of the towed company. My car, before the towed company would pick it up, was in good condition without an accident and was recently inspected by the ****** service.I made a claim against them and they denied it because they are sure that the towing company uses the respective measures.
