    I bought new Battery from AutoZone **********, on wed Jan ******* after guy put Batter on my car , my car didn't work , store said is our fault and we will fix it . after 2 days they said car is dead then on Wed Jan ******* I received call from store manger ( ***) said we are sorry for your car and will send check 5000$ after 2 weeks and Claim Number :***************** , I followed up then on Wed Feb ****** . store said sorry ( ***) on Vacation follow up with claim customer service and they said we still waiting for reply from Store Manger then after too many calls ,on Feb Thu Feb 6 ***** I received call from ( **** *******) District Manager apologized about go back and forward with no Contact help me , i sent all documentation to start again then i wait to his response then He called me to take my opinion send my car to another Mechanic , I said ok but i need to pay for rent car I used for 3 weeks ago , rent car for me till to decided solutions , after i tried to follow up with him , he called me said no we will not rent car for you and stop calling me till next week till you give you call . how about my situation to stay almost 1 month without car and is AutoZone Fault and I can't trust on them they always said something and never do it and move me from person to another person without any Solutions and i cost a lot of money and hard time with my family on this time without any car . and without any clear solutions with specific date , that make me under stress and upset all the time in my work with ( children ) and my family.
