    If you have a huge problem, emergency or a job that's probably going to cost a lot of money, this company will respond, but once the job is done, you're forgotten. They don't take into consideration the safety and importance of repair and maintenance and just throw it to the wayside. If proper care and maintenance are performed, then this can help to prevent "emergencies". Also, it is a safety concern when the company considers these safety measures and maintenance not important and put them on the back burner to these so-called "emergencies". If these repair and maintenance concerns were addressed properly, then there would be less "emergencies". Also, being told that someone being out of heat when it's 60 degrees outside is an emergency is just patronizing. I just feel they're excuses to not spend their time on what they consider jobs that don't make money, rather than addressing the concern and safety issues of the customer. The company should care about everything as a whole, which makes a heating and cooling system function safely, properly and effectively - preventing "emegencies", proper maintenance, safety care, regular cleanings, as well as addressing emergencies. Also, a good company takes into consideration what is important to their customers and doesn't just toss it aside and only look at the situation from their own perspective, neglecting the customers' concerns and needs. I want a company who will respond to all of my requests and needs, not just "emergencies" or those jobs that are money-makers. My goal is to prevent these emergency situations. I will never use this company again nor recommend it to anyone.
