    I ordered a custom piece of plexiglass that was wrong after paying for it over the phone waited all week to see it was wrong & they didn't remake a new one for me or refund they refused. So I have no plexiglass or the $86 for it. This was for my grandma who needed it for her indoor AC we bought her it's now going on two weeks & still nothing from Webster ************************************************

    industry standards for measurment is width by height, you provided a size over the telephone of 51" x 22", you should of provided 22" x 51", we went over the size and location of the 6" hole at the bottom, which is what we provided, but because your ********** were height by width, is where the confusion was. You stormed out of the office and never gave us an opportunity to rectify the issue. if you have any further questions contact us we may correct the problem.

    BBB spoke directly with the business and they advised that if the consumer calls or comes down with the correct dimensions they are willing to replace the glass with a new piece cut to the new dimensions.

    I am rejecting this response because:I would be charged full price,  They never called me back to work out the situation.

    A refund would be great seeing the original plexiglass was taken.

    BBB spoke directly with the business and they have clarified that they are willing to remake the plexiglass at no cost to the consumer if he comes down and provides the corrected dimensions.
