    April 5, 2023 I ordered two sets of PALS (Percision Align Locking System) from In-Line Industries, including shipping, came to $50.28 on March 18, 2023. The charges were came through on my credit card the following day. I received confirming email from In-Line Industries with my order number #****, that was the last communication I have had with the company. I have sent 4 emails (no response) and 3 phone calls to a phone that rings indefinitely. I have no shipping information on my order or expectations if or when I will receive what I've already paid for. I believe that is theft. I have since discovered through BBB website and woodworkers blogs that I'm just another victim of In-Line Industries.

    I had a question about their PALS product and called numerous times, but they never answered the phone. I also attempted to communicate with them using the Contact Us on the website, but they never responded, nor acknowledged receiving the communication.I reluctantly ordered a product with the hope I don't have a problem that would require communicating with this company.
