  They do not process paperwork on time, sometimes resulting in residents accruing late fees through no fault of their own, then threaten to evict residents if those late fees aren't paid. They backdate government paperwork to cover up the fact that they don't complete paperwork on time, which is illegal, and they have residents backdate as well. They send the wrong paperwork to the wrong apartments, resulting in sensitive information being given out that shouldn't be, as well as flat out sharing information from files with the residents that they are friends with. Residents are not treated equally. If they don't like you, you will face eviction over things that other residents get away with for years. They will not help you if other residents are causing you problems, instead treating you like the problem for daring to ask for help, unless they consider you a friend. The property is not maintained safely or properly. **** **** has zero conflict resolution skills and is unable to act professionally or unbiased if she doesn't like you.

  Dont work or lease an apartment with or through them, they dont actually care about you its about their reputation and the money they make. Unreliable and not worth the headache of any employee or any tenant. They say what they DONT preach for a gain. You will be targeted for speaking up.

  one of the worst property management companies I've ever seen besides ******* Properties, they love to scare people. Plus, their buildings are subpar, and they let people keep dead bodies in at least one of their old properties for a few days. I wish I could rate them, and ******* properties negative a hundred stars. These are horrible people who like to bring other people down to make themselves feel better. I'm glad we no longer have Maloney but now were stuck with ******* which is just as bad if not worse

  Maloney Properties appears to have been the developer of our condo building in *************, highlighted on their website. The property was re-developed into condominiums about 20 years ago (previously being rental units). Having owned our unit and serving as a trustee for many years, we know the construction quality throughout during the building-wide renovation was exceedingly poor and likely not up to Code. For example, many of the replacement windows have failed, the bathroom fans vent into the rafters rather than the exterior, and old "live" wiring was left within the walls. Perhaps most concerning, small-diameter dryer vents were under specification, creating a fire hazard. Shoddy plumbing has also caused interior leaks and led to several insurance claims. Discovering these and other construction shortcuts has been disappointing. Other developments by Maloney Properties have hopefully been better managed.
