      I canceled a membership with this company in June of 2024 and confirmed said cancelation with three people, 2 of whom were managers. On 9/1/24 | received a receipt for a charge to my card for classes for the month of September. Following that email, I received a new annual membership agreement that was electronically "signed" and dated for 9/1/24. I did not sign this agreement, and therefore the electronic signature had to have been forged by a member of the company. While the company did initiate a refund for the payment, they also claim that no one signed on my behalf and it was auto-generated. However, o have it on good authority from two former employees that in order for the email I received to appear as it did, with my electronic signature, someone would have had to actively hit a button in the system for my name to appear on the document and the email to be sent.

      We did make an administrative error in keeping your child's fall class selection active in our system. You alerted us on 9/1 at 1:40pm of the error and by 9/1 at 1:43pm, our team had voided the charge, fixed the error in our system and sent you back a response with this update along with an apology for the mistake. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, which we upheld in this instance.

      As we explained to you previously, your name was not signed on a membership agreement. The system required us to void it out to set up your fall class. If you were returning, we would have asked you to sign it at the time of your first class. Please note that former employees are not authorized to represent or speak on behalf of our organization nor do they have current knowledge of our proprietary systems. 

      Since this instance was already resolved, we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for being part of The Little Gym and wish you and your family all the best.
