    I want my money! I signed up for membership and then sprained my ankle so bad I couldnt walk so I informed them that I couldnt walk literally couldnt even work and was having physical therapy for 6 months atleast but they still went ahead and charged me a monthly fee of $149.00 and yes this might not be much to this business but its a whole lot for me as an individual! I have begged them to give me my money back for the last SIX MONTHS and they literally refused !! At best they are ignoring my emails as I type this review and of course they never take calls! All I want is my $149 back!!! Per their policy if someone gets injured , their membership is canceled if they submit a doctors note . I submitted 2-3 doctors notes but they still charged my card and have refused to give me my money back! ****************** and *** the owner all of them must be held accountable for treating a good willing customer like me the way they did it was not my fault that I got an ankle sprain and couldnt walk for at least 6 months and am still suffering from my injury! I even asked them to send me a check to my address on file which is the easiest way to refund anyone if their excuse is that they are having trouble sending funds to my bank but they couldnt even send me a check!!!! I sent many emails asking how far my check has gone and they just ignored me let alone refusing to send the money to my bank! And my friend who signed up for their challenge also got duped by them ! She had to beg them for months for her refund
