  ******* and his team recently finished a roof deck for us--the work was excellent. They were very straightforward to deal with, all costs were as projected, and all timelines were maintained. ******* was excellent about communicating to me about all the interim steps, how long individual segments of the project would take, what could potentially cause a delay (e.g., stretch of bad weather), and what would get started before the first plank was even laid down. They were also thoughtful about being conscious of their surroundings as they entered/exited our home each day with equipment/materials, etc. I was referred to ******* by a neighbor, and I would happily recommend him to anyone else. Just want to reiterate--once we had the permit in hand, ALL TIMELINES WERE MAINTAINED.

  I HIGHLY recommend hiring ******* and his crew for your renovation work. They just completed gutting our main bathroom and refinishing it to look like a spa! Such nice people, hard working, always on-time, and perfectionists. I feel grateful to have found C.   Joining the chorus of 5 star ratings for ******* and team. Excellent communication, responsiveness, work quality. We have an older home with complex decorative features on the exterior and ******* and his team did beautiful work restoring the porch, as well as providing design and construction of new granite stairs and fencing in *************. When it is time, we will be happy to hire C. Ferreira for other renovations as well. Truly impressive ownership and customer service mindset combined with excellent craftsmanship.

  C Ferreira is an outstanding small general contractor, who has just recently completed a brand new roof deck on our Jamaica Plain condo. He has great staff who stay consistently on the job, executing to his, and our, specifications. The quality of his sub-contractors is well beyond what we expected from a small firm, the best we have ever come across in their respective fields.Communication around supplier price increases between the original bid and the final job start was ******* clear, as was their complete transparency about additional scope we requested during job execution. I have no hesitation in recommending C Ferreira without reservation.

  We hired ******* to replace our front porch. We had termite damage and aging footings that needed to be replaced on a 100 year old house. ******* and his crew are very easy to work with. From the permitting process, new concrete pad, to construction process everything went smoothly. The final product is amazing and are very happy with how it came out. ******* kept ** informed as the build went along and how it was progressing. There were no sudden changes from the original estimate. As other reviews have said before, ******* has great attention to detail and does things right. ******* will take the time to answer your questions and explain what they are doing. We would recommend using ******* to others and feel like we found a contractor we can trust and will use in the future.

  Perfectionists! We had our house renovated by ******* and his team, and they did an incredible job. They completely remodeled our kitchen and the 2 existing bathrooms, and added an addition with a primary suite bedroom, bath, and walk-in closet. We were wowed by their workmanship, their pleasant communication at every step, and most of all the beautiful work they did. The attention to detail was amazing, and they were right on schedule with getting it finished. They went above and beyond to make our dream come true. We would highly recommend ******* Ferreira to anyone who needs work done on their house!
