    This business way overcharged me for an awning that took much more effort than promised to open and close, then when I asked them to either remove it or include a motor they had an electrician drill into my wall to bring an outlet outside, and never returned to install the motor. They completely stopped responding. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    This company overcharged me compared to Sunsetters published prices by thousands of dollars. They sold me warranties with no paperwork, miscalculated by 1000 dollars in their favor, and repeatedly did not provide an accessory by price breakdown. I was charged much more for each accessory than Sunsetters published prices.They were over a month late on their promised delivery, and at first, installed the wrong awning, I am elderly and I believed the salesman took advantage of my (hopefully slightly) diminished faculties. I advise having nothing to do with this company *****************
