    I had reserved a bounce house with this company for my daughters birthday and put a $75 deposit down. When I called the man didnt even know who I was I then decided to cancel my reservation right away 3 weeks away from the event. I never received any emails back or acknowledgement. I asked to be refunded because the contract did not state that I would not be. I got an attorney involved and the company attorney and company will not answer. I have since been locked out of my online contract.

    The person she talked to is me the owner of the company. She then told me she would like to change the party because her daughter didnt want a bounce house i then told her i would use her deposit towards another party of hers in the future which we always do for our customers. She then told me that no thats not what she wanted that she would never rent from my company again.In terms of refunds we dont usually refund we just put it towards the next party which i told her as when she books she stops that unit from being rented on our website.

    all I was told that he would not refund me. I cancelled and booked in a matter of 3 days. Until then they were confused about my reservation with someone else. I did not talk to owner it was the person attempting to buy the business. The contract did not say they would not refund me.

    thats where you are wrong i am the new owner who you talked to i wanted to refund you the old owner holds ownership of the pay pal i was working to get you your refund i was going off rules set by the old owner. i did not mind giving the refund i went based off old rules and *************** started saying how she doesnt want to rent from us ever again.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    He never even gave me his name or left a voicemail. I originally called to extend my reservation but they seemed confused. He said he would try to refund me but the owner would not. He then  Told me he would refund me half out of his pocket but I did not feel comfortable because it was coming out of his pocket and it seemed like the other owner had control of everything. I have even contacted an attorney and his attempts were not acknowledged. They stopped responding to me but their contracts should be updated stating they will not refund deposits. This is very frustrating even my attempts to cancel were never acknowledged in emails. I was still getting auto emails about my reservation and balance due.
