    I brought my vehicle to the owner of the shop in Feb. 2024. I was quoted 1375 to have the work done, by the time the car was finished I payed him 1500 dollars. Upon bringing the car home I noticed I was loosing a significant amount of oil and assumed it was a separate issue from what the mechanic did. Apon getting to the problem I noticed that the oil was leaking from the oil cooler area which the mechanic would have to put back on in order to finish the job, while I was removing the bolts from the oil cooler I realized that 3 bolts are stopped and one is missing which was causing my huge oil leak. My mechanic failed to finish the repair on my car by not putting in that bolt to prevent the oil leak and now that I have noticed this and confronted the shop they have sinced blocked my number and refuse to talk to me. His job was to put my motor head back in and give my car back fixed with no oil leaks because I never had a oil leak and now he is refusing to address the problem furthermore he also stripped the bolts that were remaining so now I cant do the simple task of fixing it myself. I payed him more than was quoted and still have a broken car. Please help.
