  do not use this company, the repair person Aimee was rude, came 3 times for the same problem, my oven wasn't working the way it should, set it on 350 and it took 40 minutes to reach that temperature, and once it reached it after about 50 minutes the temperature dropped to about 330, Aimee came all she did was calibrate it and she didn't even stay to check it out. I had baked a zucchini bread and the middle was raw, Aimee came in and I wanted to show it to her and she wouldn't even look at it.. this isn't the first thing that I baked and had to throw away, I also had baked a banana bread and that also was raw in the middle. I didn't want to spoil any more baked items so I put a meat thermometer in the oven the one with a coil and I checked the temperature, after about 15 minutes the stove read 350 and my thermometer was only at 317, it took about 35 minutes for it to reach 350 and about after 45 minutes my thermometer started to drop, it dropped to about 335 after an hour... I don't know what this company is up to but I will not deal with them again.If I could give them a -0 I would... so beware of this company...

  Handle on ********** dishwasher started to rust; call ********** who connected me with Advantage Appliance Repair. Within an hour, I received a call to discuss the issue and schedule repair visit; reasonable quote given. Amie arrived on time, showed me the problem and proceeded to lightly sand and paint (Rustoleum Appliance Paint) 2 spots under the handle. She left explicit instructions on painting one more thin layer and re-attaching the handle in the morning. MAGNIFICENT, truly from the first call with Charlotte to Amie leaving my house. I am greatly relieved that the dishwasher does not need to be replaced.Will call them directly next time I need a repair call.

  Avoid at all costs. Had a warranty on fridge. They came out and fixed it. Few weeks later, the pressure was down to zero again, despite them charge $900 to find the leak (they never looked, I was home). Charged me another $300 to fix it, claiming it was something else but while tech was here, I watched him refill coolant system so fridge would work again, for 2 weeks. They tell you they have 1 year warranty. When I called to have them come out again, they told me they couldn't honor the warranty because "they would lose money trying to find the leak" despite already making $1800 on a $1500 fridge. Refused to refund for the $300 part that didn't need replacing, and never would come out to fix the leak they were originally paid to fix. Ended up buying a new fridge because of this. WARNING: DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. THEY ARE PAYING FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS ON ****** BECAUSE THEIR RATING HAD DIPPED TO 3 STARS. NOW EVERY WEEK 5 OR 6 NEW 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE ADDED TO ****** TO BRING UP THEIR TERRIBLE AVERAGE.

  Having issues with your appliances AVOID this company!We purchased our whirlpool microwave less than a year ago from *********** Within a few months the plastic on our OVER THE RANGE Microwave began to chip and crack. After contacting ********** and then being forwarded to the whirlpool warranty department, we were eventually instructed to have Advantage Appliance Repair Inc. come and assess the issues. Service Tech. Jeremey arrived on time to assess the damage and agreed with us that this is unusual and a defect with the product. Even saying Lets hope whirlpool has fixed this issue going forward, I have never seen anything like this. After the visit, we received a call within the hour from Brian the service manager informing us that they will not honor the warranty claiming it looks like you hit it. (Yes, I often take out my anger in life on my microwave...lol) Brian at this point screaming at my wife you tell me what it looks like to you. And that it would cost us $500 to repair. Which is $50 less than we paid for the microwave in the first place. Rude, dishonest and insulting are adjectives which come to mind when reviewing Advantage Appliance Repair inc If your warranty department sends you here for service, good luck with your claim as it seems you may need it! And obviously don't buy a whirlpool over the range microwave!

  Second time using Advantage Appliance. Service tech both times did a good job and explained everything needed. Overall, I like the process the company has with booking appt., reminding you prior and the service tech actually calling when they are on their way. No issues here at this time.
