This is an erroneous complaint, and we have been trying to work with ***** ********.  We moved every item that she stated she wanted us to move.  She mentioned that she is talking to an attorney, so I provided her A to Z Moving & Storage, Inc's attorney's information.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I signed a notarized statement (under threat of perjury) with the ********** ** police department alleging that the attached list was NOT delivered to my home in **************  I don't know what Mr. ****** did with the items but they were not delivered here. In addition to contacting the BBB, I have filed complaints with the ********************************* and I am currently searching for a pro bono or contingency attorney to file suit. It is my sworn testimony that Mr. ****** in not telling the truth.

    Sincerely,

    Business Response

    Dear BBB Representative,

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. ********** complaint. We take customer feedback seriously and strive to resolve any issues with transparency and professionalism.
We believe Ms. ********** claims are inaccurate. During the planning stages of her move, she explicitly requested that we focus on moving only the larger items, as her friends were purchasing the property and would assist with the smaller items. We have email correspondence that confirms this agreement.
Unfortunately, Ms. ******** has resorted to aggressive language in our communications, which has escalated the situation. We have advised her to direct any further inquiries to our attorney to ensure that all matters are handled appropriately.
It is disheartening to see our small business's reputation challenged over what we consider to be a misunderstanding. We remain committed to providing quality service and are open to resolving any legitimate concerns Ms. ******** may have.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
The business is stating blatant falsehoods on several points: there was NO plan to use assistance of friends; I never instructed the business to move only large items. They packed EVERYTHING except for the dining room table and a blue outdoor chair. This can be confirmed with a notarized deposition if necessary by the current owner of the property who insisted on the house being empty when I left. His response borders on ludicrous and, if it comes to it, I challenge him to repeat it under oath in court. His 3 workers who did the actual packing that day would be witnesses for me.
    Sincerely,
