      I bought my car brand new from here and paid 48k out the door. Been servicing there for almost 3 years. While purchasing the car new they made me get all the warranty and when I went for a battery change, faulty battery they were trying to deny me my warranty but gladly SOA intervened and provided me a new battery but they did charge me 180$ for testing a dead battery. While my car was in their possession they messed up my door with 4 door dings and when I complained they acknowledged that it happened at their lot and said that I signed a waiver when I dropped of my car and just denied any help. I reached out to SOA and they reached out to the dealer, and the still refused as I signed the waiver. NEVER get a car from here NOR give here for service.

      I worked for 8+years at a Lexus dealership. I started as a cashier, then worked my way to tag and titles, and ended with 5 years being the Warranty Advisor. This role made it that I worked directly with the Service Department. I don’t know if it’s because of my work experience that has made me expect a certain level of customer service. So when I called Bertera in Westfield, MA I got a very low level of customer service. Because of the responses from a service advisor I decided to definitely not ever do service with this dealership. If your looking for a lack of quality then definitely go here. I definitely did NOT receive excellent customer service nor did I get the feeling of them being hospitable as they say they provide.
