  I think this place is horrible. As a customer I was told by owner that I was mentally unstable and expected too much from their company that I paid thousands of dollars to care for my mom. She was left in bed all day and left in her room most of the time . The nurse had the staff over medicate her while she was in memory care . Sometimes staff wouldnt show up or they couldnt find anyone to look after my mom , who required 24 hour a day care. Thank goodness my mom ended up in another facility where I didnt have to use caring solution . She thrived at the next place. Always out of her room and completely off of any medications . If your loved one has dementia please dont use them . They have no knowledge on the subject .

  Greetings ******. We were very saddened to hear of your mother's recent passing. She was a cherished beam of light who left lasting impressions upon all of the caregivers that worked with her. I must say, we are very surprised and disheartened by your recollection of the working relationship that took place. Your mother had a very dedicated group of caregivers that made it their mission to help her thrive during her most difficult of times while still honoring the orders of the respective doctors, nurses, and hospice care assigned to your mother's care. I do believe that losing a loved one, especially a parent is one of the hardest things that we endure in our adult loves. It is particularly difficult to witness there final years as you watch them face their hardest battles.Caring Solutions worked with your family off and on from 2019 to 2022 and helped facilitate whatever care she needed to the best of our abilities all the way through. We shared many conversations over the years of many emotions as Caring Solutions strived to support not only your mother, but the emotional tolls that it took on you, her family as well. We even spoke on many major holidays when the challenges of caring for a loved one shown to be especially challenging. It is very wonderful to hear that your mother was able to adjust so well to her new living conditions upon settling into a community. One thing that we have found over the years of servicing the elderly, is that everyone experiences things differently, and what works for some may not work for all- what we think may be best, is sometimes contradictive to what the heart and body actually need. I hope during your mother's final months, her community mates were able to enjoy her vivacious personality in the way her caregivers at Caring Solutions also did.As you continue to go through the new challenges you face, and grieve the loss of a cherished individual in your life, I hope you are able to find peace, and recall further on all of the wonderful memories that were built between your mother and Caring Solutions.
