    I had a lift kit installed by this complant which damaged my truck from improper install . They also cut the frame of my truck without permission which jeopardizes the intengrity of my vehicle and the safety . I am asking the money I paid to have the lift kit installed be refunded to me because of the damage they caused to my vehicle but not properly installing it . Also for cutting the frame of of truck without permission which is a very serious matter . I would like a full refund of the money I paid for the lift kit . I have documents from my **** dealer stating the damages there improperly installed lift kit caused . So I would like a refund for the money paid to have it installed

    that is invoice number of yours , and I have emails evil you emailing me directly about this now all of sudden you cant find my invoice when you had no problem finding it before ? It wont allow me to upload a photo of the it I tried that is your invoice its the number in the top right corner . Ask Jeff he was emailing me about this so darn funny now my invoice is lost now .

    "SO" signifies "Sales Order" which is not an invoice, our Invoices start with **-XXXXX. I am not Jeff, and have not spoken with him regarding this, I'm just going off the info provided here, but will speak to Jeff as well.

    In looking into that sales order # referenced however, this order was invoiced to a third party leasing company, ***** finance. I would reach out to ***** as they are who actually purchased the property from us. As I said previously, the last invoice we have in your name was from back in 2020 for a different vehicle.

    i will be suing you guys if BBB can not help with a resolution you destroyed my truck and cut the frame to my truck . So be a scummy company and not fix what you made wrong . I will inform every single company I do business with to never work with you guys again so keep playing the games and we will take it from here

    They did not do what they were supposed to and they overcharged me for a restocking fee

    We were asked to install a snowplow system on a 2021 F150 truck that was previously installed on a 2017 F150. They told us they only had the plow blade, lift gear, and the old under frame plow mount that came off of the 2017 . We explained when doing this they will need the truck side wiring, a controller,  typically a new headlight integration harness, and a new truck side plow mount with all of the bolts and hardware (unless it came off of the same exact year truck and everything needed to install was included and complete).   We looked up the parts and found headlight harness and truck side plow mount were different from 2017 to 2021 and explained that to the customers while on speaker phone with 2 parties on each end of the phone line.  The customer did not understand how the lower frame could possibly be different since it they were both F150's and we said we have to see what you have in person and show you  if you cannot supply us with a part number printed on the unit over the phone.  We quoted the customer on all of the new parts and they said they wanted us to order everything else and to see if the used mount happened to be the correct part for their truck  We agreed to take a look at what they had for a mount in person.  We ordered the truck side wiring, new controller and headlight adapter for the new truck as these parts were definitely needed for the install.  The day of the install the customer arrived with plow mount number ******** that was missing 2 side peices and was missing it's hardware. We called the manufacturer and gave them the part number that was on the mount made by SnowDogg ********.  They informed us that part # ******** is the correct mount for a 2021 F150 and ******** (which is what the customer has) is for a ********* **** **** and is not correct for their truck.  They said if you modify or cut the mount at all and/or modify the truck to make it fit it will lead to safety issues and they do not recommend that at all.  We explained that and quoted the customer on the new plow mount and they yelled, canceled the job and demanded their keys back.  Per our policy we charged a restocking fee on the three parts that were special ordered for them. Even if the mount they brought us had happened to fit it was still not in complete working order as it was missing 2 parts and the hardware needed to install it.   The customer has ********* CREW CAB 5'6 BED ********* GVWR which is the lightest weight rated truck and has smallest engine of the F150's and 2 major plow manufacturers only offer plows for that truck if it has the snow plow prep package or the 5.0 litre engine so modifying anything would be a saftey risk.
