    Common Coating took a $1000.00 deposit and disclosed they would need the vehicle for their service for one week. They took two weeks to complete the service on my vehicle without proper notification to me, in which this time I accrued additional costs for a rental through enterprise rent-a-car. The service provided was a vinyl wrap around the outside of my vehicle, window tinting, painting badging on the outside of the vehicle .An employee showed me a wrap they completed on his personal vehicle and what I was to expect. When I picked up my vehicle the wrap was not done to expectations, multiple rips/tears/debris under the wrap. I have found multiple scratches underneath the vinyl wrap, multiple brackets and clips are broken underneath panels also the back passenger door handle fell off of my vehicle. I have brought it to the manufacturer dealership service department to have everything fixed. I paid them a total amount of $2,900.00 and want it refunded immediately. This amount of the return does not cover the additional cost of the rental and what I am paying to the service department to fix what is broken. I think a full refund is more than reasonable.

    We have warranties in place to handle any issues that arises from wrapping the vehicle. The customer came to us a few days after he picked it up with these concerns and we had an appointment set to take care of these issues. The customer never showed for the appointment, and we reached out multiple times to get in contact with them. We were unsuccessful. We pride ourselves on our customer service and would have liked to dealt with the issue personally and come to an understanding and not be on such bad terms. We hired a new installer and have had other concerns with them and have since let them go. I (luis) would like to personally have a conversation with the customer to resolve this matter. i am available Saturdays.
