      I am requesting a refund for services not provided. We have used Beetlebung TreeCare for tree services for many years at our home in ************, **, and we have always had and still require that the tree trimming be conducted while we are on the property. On August 15, 2024 I met with **** ***** from Beetlebung Tree Care to arrange for tree trimming to be conducted before I left the area on Sept 28. I was assured that this schedule was acceptable. The final agreement was signed on August 27 after delays associated with their failures to respond to phone calls and revisions in a timely manner. After additional unanswered phone calls, I was finally given a date of Sept 20, which was cancelled due to weather. They again remained unresponsive about rescheduling the work, and I had to arrange with another tree trimming company to conduct the work prior to my departure. I finally got a response from Beetlebung when I asked for a refund of the deposit. I heard from them as the other tree trimming company was departing, having completed the job. We have always had exemplary service from Beetlebung Tree Care, but now that they have been acquired by ********, we seem to have lost that connection. ******** has failed to respond to numerous requests for a refund.

      [I have heard from the company offering to extend a credit for future work to be determined.  This would not be my first choice, but I am willing to see their pricing and proposal which they intend to send after the holidays. I would request that the complaint be left open until I see their proposal and pricing and if I continue to have problems with communication and scheduling.
