    If there were negative stars I would use them. I have tried to reach the Manager of Colonial Acres Resort for the last three months. I have left messages with her people and she does not respond. Her voice message always says that there is no room. If she is "in" she is on the phone or busy. If she is "out" she will get back to you, but no one calls back. She seems to only work be "in" after 10 a.m. to about 1 p.m. If you give her a credit card number to pay a bill she will give you a confirmation number and tell you that you are all set. Then you get there and she tells you that it was not paid and that there are fees. I paid for the unit for 2023 and for 2024. She sent me a bill for 2024. She gave me a confirmation number. I checked with my Credit Card to make sure that she actually charged the card--this time she did while a friend of mine watched her input the information. My friend said that she "found" my credit card number on her desk, that there was a lot of "stuff" on her desk and my private information was just left out for anyone to see and use. She still sent a bill for 2024 after charging my card for the two years. I have been trying to call her and she does not respond.
