    On December 9, 2023 my daughter was invited to a birthday party at lunch in Westborough ma. When I picked her up, one of her shoes was mysteriously and wasnt from someone in the party that she was attending. I had spoke to the associate that was present that night, and I asked him to look at the tape to see who the child was that took my daughter shoe. He said he couldnt and he told me to write my name and number down on a piece of paper and that he would let a manager know because there was no managers working on the weekend. He told me that they would be calling me on Tuesday December 12, 2023. I did not receive a phone call from anyone from lunch at all and so I called about a week later asking to speak to a manager. Again, I was told that I would get a call back from somebody. Today is December 22, 2023 and I still have not received a phone call from anyone regarding my daughter shoes. My daughter left that night with one shoe and thats not what she went there with. Her shoe is a size 8/10 the other that was left next to it was a size 7/9. It was that simple for someone to steal my daughters shoe and the company did nothing. I have called and emailed numerous times, as did the mother of the birthday party. The way they have the carts in the front with all the shoes are all set up together. When our child is admitted into the building, we sign a waiver for every child to be accountable for. It shouldnt be hard to find who had taken the shoe. My daughter shoes were expensive and they were new for school. The mother of the child that was having the birthday party that my daughter attended to should not be responsible for my daughter shoes. She had to buy my daughter a new pair of shoes because of this incident because of the failure that someone did not contact us back. Both the mother and I have both tried contacting people from lunch and have reached out to them an email and corporate. No one is contacting either one of us back and with all due respect, they should be responsible for my daughter walking out of there without both of her shoes. Its not every day that you bring your child to a place of business and theres no manager present and she has to walk back out barefoot. So I would like to file a complaint against them, and I would like somebody to be responsible for my daughter shoes.
