    The patient portal my doctor uses is through Healow, LLC. Unfortunately after I did my initial login etc. I was never able to get back into it. Even when I tried to update the password as I was being rejected for the password, they had only one phone number on me and that is a voice account. The option for VOICE instead of TEXT was there, but every time I tried it the call never came, except once when I received a 4-digit from that number and it REJECTED it in the portal. Their own code rejected and every other time I have tried this same process there is no call so no code. Their own technology doesn't work or isn't interfacing! I have tried their phone number for technical assistance - or any assistance - and no one picks up. No one returns the call. It is a shadow office, apparently. And my healthcare provider, which is an operation through many states, cannot assist on technical issues. Even my suggestion of wiping me off the portal so I can start the process all over again - NOPE. It's a Healow issue. That's the number they give out. And it doesn't work. I have lab results I cannot access.

    I went to a dermatologist that uses this company to process payments. I tried to pay my bill on their app and website which both failed. I reached out to their support on this matter which got me nowhere. They did not provide a solution and actually blocked my IP address so I could not send them any follow-up questions. Horrible service to someone who was trying to pay their bill.
