    $1,750.00 deposit paid to Simmons Brook Construction
    Business was to remove old vinyl siding on left side of house and replace insulation and matching vinyl siding, corner posts and window frames.
    Work was promised to be completed by 10/31/2022 and no work has been done.
    Despite reaching out via several text messages, no communication from Simmons Brook Construction has taken place since 10/26/2022.

    ************************* of a Simmons Brook construction started renovating my home on or about August 2021. I have paid him approximately $90,000 over the last year on a payment schedule. We agreed he would renovate my home including basement and add an addition to the back. Which included a family room enlarging two bedrooms and adding an en suite bathroom to one of the bedrooms. In addition to some other work in the home. He also left a whole in the roof and it leaks every time it rains. He did not attempt to resolve this matter with me. He stopped showing up for the renovation in August 2022 and I last received a text message from him September 30, 2022. He has not responded to phone calls or text messages. He has two business addresses one is in ********* ************* the other is **************************************. The contractor never submitted a permit to the ******************* for the work that he did on my house. There is no permit on file. The contract that we both signed indicates he would submit all the documentation needed to obtain and pay for the permit. But yet he did not do it.
