      I placed a standard order with clothing company online - goodgoth.com. There are no indicators during the purchasing process that they do not issue refunds back to you, only store credit. Further, there is nothing under the refunds policy link that says the store credit is only available with a login to their website. I returned the items because they were not satisfactory and they did not have an alternate available. While I am willing to accept a store credit (even though I do not want a store credit, I want a refund to my card), they have created an impossible technical problem. I have to login to use my credit. I can not login. I tried to reset my password. It sends a link to reset, I go to the link, I enter a new password, and then the website says the link was invalid and will not reset my password. So now I can not login or use the store credit. They do not have a phone number to contact someone, just a bad "submit inquiry" on their website. No one has returned my email correspondence. The entire thing feels like a very shady business tactic to keep my money.

      As of today, it looks like the customer has logged into her account, located the store credit, and used it to place a new order with the store credit from the returned items. That new order is scheduled to be shipped to her this week, except for one item, which is scheduled to be shipped to her by the end of next week.
