    We found Major Home Improvements in an online search for roofers in our general area. Our initial contact was with ***************** who was able to provide a competitive quote on first inspection of the job. We found him to be both highly professional and most pleasant to deal with. The work was done in one day with excellent clean-up upon completion. After several days, we noted that there was a subtle issue with the placement of an architectural feature of the house roofing. Upon contacting ***, we were advised by the company owner, *******, that the installer would be coming to correct the matter on Labor Day of all days! The installer arrived in the midst of heavy rain and was able to improve the situation, but not entirely correct it. When we eventually realized that there was still a problem, we once more contacted *** and were told that the owner would come out promptly with another person to definitively resolve the issue. Today on the scheduled day, *******, with ***'s assistance, was able to do just that. We are entirely satisfied with the quality of the work and the extraordinary service! ****************
