    This company delivered furniture to my home and damaged my door in the process. We contacted the owner and requested that he repair the damage caused by his delivery people. We met with him and requested the door be repaired to our satisfaction. He claimed that the damage may have been there already. My downstairs tenant observed the damage as it was happening after suggesting the delivery people remove the door which they did not. He noted on his sales receipt that the damage happened during delivery. The owner and an employee ended up coming to our home to observe the damage. He agreed to try to repair the damage. Upon completion of the project, we contacted him and felt the repair was inadequate. He told us that as far as he was concerned, he was all done. We are filing this complaint because the owner was uncooperative during this process as well as being very rude not to mention that my door is not repaired. The owner is *****************.
