    We had a horrible experience with Wagner. They came highly recommended, but unfortunately we will not recommend them to any one. The carpet we chose was not like the sample (had we seen what that would look like in a room it would have never been chosen.) Our salesperson never said that it would be a HUGE pattern. The owner himself said it looked like it should be in a funeral home. Multiple walls, base boards, and even my furniture was damaged. Former customers told me they didnt need to move large pieces of furniture that the installers would work around them and move when necessary. This was not true. They crammed everything into my spare room damaging even more of my items. We were then told that was in the fine print on the form we signed by the owner himself. The copy I have does not even have our signature on it. They had no respect for our time, the money we spent, or our belongings. After many conversations with the owner who makes racist remarks we didnt even want them back in our home.

    **** and ***************************** were treated with the upmost respect. The salesmen brought the samples to their home and they chose the pattern/color. During the install ****** approached my installer and said she did not think that was the correct carpet. We stopped immediately even though the job was 3/4 of the way done. ****** and **** discussed options with the salesperson. They could come choose a new carpet or keep what was there and get a further discount. ****** wanted a different carpet so we removed what was freshly installed and disposed of it. They were in the next do to select a new carpet and we ordered it right away. It was been taking about 2-3 weeks to receive products with the delays. In the meantime we gave them a carpet remnant to put in the bedroom. After receiving the carpet we went out the same day to install the bedroom and hallway. The next day, a Saturday, to finish the stairs. From the beginning there was not supposed to be any furniture moving but the week of we found out there was a bed to move. We had a one person installer that had a hand moving the bed into the spare bedroom. The rooms must be empty to properly power stretch a carpet in unless you have 2 people to shuffle the furniture around the room. After the original install, *** Wagner went to the hood to review their concerns. There was one baseboard that needed some touch up paint and one piece of furniture that needed a touch up repair. We were prepared to make these repairs but he was not let back into the house. ******************************* has been owned and operated by ***************************** for over 50 years. We never insult our customers and always treat everyone how we would want to be treated. To sum the job up, the consumer selected a carpet and did not like it. We have them a remnant temporarily. We gave them a new carpet and had to dispose of the original and the remnant. The replacement carpet was completed in about 3 weeks and we were not allowed back in to make repairs. I ho
