    Our experience with Kitchen Remodeling SEO (KRS) was extremely negative. The team, led by ***************************, proved incompetent and dishonest. Instead of rectifying their mistakes, they offered excuses and worsened the situation.We were assigned an account manager with no initial consultation to understand our needs. This lack of understanding significantly hampered their ability to deliver.We were promised weekly progress updates, but these rarely happened. When they did, the calls were often missed and we were reminded this was a "special" service.KRS's social media efforts were disastrous. Automated posts duplicated our existing accounts and filled them with irrelevant content. Their ****** Ads campaigns were equally ineffective, wasting thousands of dollars on poorly targeted keywords and 24/7 call-only ads that generated zero results.Despite promises of website SEO optimization and improved landing pages, KRS failed to deliver. When we requested a review of the marketing plan, *************************** refused.Overall, KRS generated excessive unqualified leads and created numerous toxic backlinks that could result in ****** penalties.We strongly advise against using KRS for any SEO or marketing needs. Their lack of competence, communication, and integrity resulted in a significant waste of time and money.
