    Thursday 03/07/24 i did an order in the value of $145 to be delivered at the same day at this unit, order number w01192816741, Saturday 03/09/24 i got a call from the manager telling me to go pick up the two days old arrangement because they couldn't delivery it, when i asked why she said she had 20 delivery in front of mine and got delay, i said i didn't want the 2 days old arrangement and she told me i could have a store credit to what i agreed.Monday 03/11/24 i called to place again the same order and use the store credit and the same manager proceed to tell me i would have to pay a $15 dollars delivery fee to what i answer i didn't think it was fair as it wasn't my fault they didn't made the delivery, this lady from there went in a rampant of fury on the phone, yelling at me and hang up the phone on my face, i called back and said ma'am i just want to pay for the delivery fee when you ready i have the card on my hands, she proceed to tell me with this exactly words that i had ****** her off, and she wasn't doing anything else anymore for me, i asked her to please do the arrangement and i would go pick up and again she hang up the phone on my face. I called a third time and said ma'am please you can't keep my money and the product, and this lady told me exactly to ( **** it up) she wasn't doing business with me anymore and started yelling with me that i was a applying for a refund from Paypal, and she had a picture of it, what wasn't true, i called the Edible Arrangements in Tewksbury to ask for help and thy let me know they had been getting a lot of similar complaints in the last months regarding this same lady, they game me a number for the edible arrangements corporation to and i called multiple times and never was able to talk with nobody, i end up submitting a refund application on Paypal and send the email that proof they didn't did my delivery, to which seems she replied saying she did, never in 40 years of my life i had saw such bad customer service.

    No worker hung up on customer, customer yelled and called multiple workers rude names leading we to her hanging up on each worker that tried to speak with her. No one told her to **** it up or that she ****** them off. Order was also never a two or more day old arrangement. Arrangement was remade multiple times and delivery was attempted multiple times. It reached a point where we no longer could attempt delivery (as stated on our company website the amount of times we will attempt) because at this point we were losing money on how many attempts of delivery. Customer was told she could pay a new delivery fee if she wanted it redelivered or she could have it picked up at not additional cost. When worker tried putting in a new delivery fee a prompt came up stating the customer was disputing the charge to which the worker explained they couldnt add the new delivery fee due to that reason and customer started screaming at worker calling them a liar (picture of prompt included). Customer ended up not receiving refund and dispute did not go through as we do have the proof of multiple delivery attempts and notes on each conversation had.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. So extremely disappointed!!! can deliver it tm (Fri). I asked how I would know it would come because of the two days in a row where I was told it would and it didnt. She said she would leave a note. I called first thing in the morning &they told me it would come by 6pm. I asked if I could have tracking but she said no But assured it would arrive. I call@530pm to hope for a status and am told that order was canceled. I yet again explain. absolutely no communication between anyone here considering I am still explaining myself again. She said she would have the owner call me when he got back. He did not call me. so yet again I call Saturday morning. The same woman answers and said she left the note for the owner but he must not have seen it. She also said I cant get it bc the order was refunded. I asked why for the last 4days then was I assured I would be getting it? She said she didnt know but said the owner would call me back. Im STILL WAITING FOR A CALL AND EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT ON SATURDAY 2/17!
