      Aubuchon hardware *************** *****, issue is the competency and will of the persons working there, weeks ago I was charged for a 20lb propane ball refill on an aluminum tank for a forklift, I was assured they will fill it to 20 lbs but upon seeing the shiny aluminum tank refused to fill it even tho it was still within certification, my assumption was since it looked different than a basic grille tank they were incompetent on how to fill. I was then redirected to the storefront wasting another 15 mins of my time for a refund. Additionally today 11/26/2023 I had called to see if they had any flashing zip tape for windows door installation ect, despite the employee agreeing it was indeed in back room stock she refused to try to locate it and suggested I come another day when someone might be able to find it. This lack of drive from the same employee from both instances is beyond reprehensible, worker should be fired with extreme prejudice. Im beginning to think its something personal as the only time I have issues at this store is with the same incompetent employee. Do better aubuchon, just do better.
