    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Admissions Advantage regarding their failure to fulfill the services promised as part of our contract. We contracted Admissions Advantage in August 2023 for assistance with our daughters college application process, for a total cost of $11,000. This amount was split into two installments: $5,500 paid in August 2023 and $5,500 paid in August ******* per their contract they would guide us through the entire application process till the end of the application process in May 2025. Unfortunately, none of these commitments were met. Beyond the application process, their failure to assist with summer programs, research opportunities, and extracurriculars added to our frustration. We had to navigate these aspects entirely on our own, which was contrary to their initial commitments. Their services were disorganized, lacked structure, and showed a complete absence of the promised system despite our repeated reminders. Since middle of December 2024, Admissions Advantage ceased all communication with us. This occurred at the most critical timethe final leg of the college application processleaving us entirely unsupported in meeting the January 1 deadlines for submissions. Even now we need help with the letter of continued interest and alumni interviews but there is no communication from their end. Given the failure to provide the promised services and their abrupt cessation of communication, I am requesting a partial refund of $5,500, representing half the total amount paid. This is a reasonable request considering their non-delivery of services during the most crucial period and their failure to meet contractual obligations throughout the engagement.I hope Admissions Advantage recognizes the gravity of their shortcomings and responds appropriately. If they refuse to refund the requested amount, I kindly ask for the Better Business Bureaus assistance in resolving this matter.
