      I was very sad to see a complaint review from 2022 as the only review on your site I have been getting feed and sundries from ******** Farm and Feed for some years now and have always found the owners to be completely welcoming, helpful, and obliging (including if I needed to return something I could not use) both to me and to everyone I have observed being served by either of the owners. While their prices are competitive, and the quality of what they supply is excellent, their shared professional knowledge, patience, and kindness is golden. The fact that they are a local farm and feed supplier in my small town is also stellar.Eve L

      *******'s does have very competitive prices, sometimes the lowest around. Unfortunately their product isn't always as good as can be. If you return something they get very defensive, repeat that they haven't had any other complaints or problems and generally make you feel like you did something wrong. All they had to do was be sympathetic and say something like, gee, I am sorry that you had this problem, or I don't know why this product isn't what you thought is was and I apologize that you have to return it. I won't be going there again, there are several new hay and grain stores that have opened nearby.
