    I hired them to do my roof, renovate a porch, and change my bulkhead to an actual entrance. They were quick with all 3 jobs, but my porch was not well finished, and you can see glue coming out of the sides and some areas are loose. The entrance they built was quoted and built as "unfinished". I was only told that I was not quoted for a finished project AFTER they built it and AFTER they asked me for more money than what they originally quoted me. Unfortunately, I was a new homeowner and was inexperienced, so I let it go and like an idiot I hired them to renovate some areas inside the house. They hacked up my floors, I have had to replace areas of the floors they put in twice now because they did such a horrible job, and the tiles keep breaking. They didn't place transitions between my floors. They were supposed to rebuild steps going down to the basement and put up a wall so that the area would be up to code. They put a short railing - meaning it doesn't span across all of the stairs and they didn't put the sheetrock wall up so my house was not up to code making it dangerous to walk down the steps. They did not bring a dumpster, so I had to clean up my backyard myself. They threw wood with old ***** nails in the backyard and 2 nails went through my foot. One of the employees called me at 6 am, because they wanted more money and I refused to pay. He then told me about half an hour into the call that he was recording me - note it is illegal to record a conversation in MA without first letting the other person know so he illegally recorded our call. Horrible company and customer service. I would NOT recommend them!
