    Sent a package on December 13,2022 from Westport, Ma to *******,** to my brother and sister-in-law for Christmas. Package was damaged or opened between these 2places. Gifts stolen or lost and what was left was repackaged and sent to them. I have insured the package for $300.00.all I want is my $225.00 for lost gifts. And my insurance fee. I should not have been given the runaround between ******* Store and **** Not very good customer service. I regret ever doing business with them. Will never do it again, just want reimburse for my losses, thank you. ***************************

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    I have had to reopen the complaint for missing part of my packagefor  the 3 rd time.

    Have not heard back from them yet on what they are going to do to resolve this problem.

    I have also heard the *** and *** stoer are being sued.

    I still cannot understand why it is so hard to pay for damages after I  took out insurance

    on the package. They did the loosing not me. What is the insurance for.
