Proof of payments can be provided along with additional files.On April 6, 2025, I received a complaint from my 3rd floor tenant that she almost tripped on the top stairs. On the same day, I communicated this concern and the need to resolve the stairs to ***** by text. I did not receive a response, and followed up by call on April 8, 2025. On April 11, 2025, ***** arrived to my home. I again expressed my concerns for the stairs. He stated the stairs met code in regards to the small top step, but did put in a false top step after I stated it was almost 9 stepping into the building. He also resolved my gutter at this time.During early May, I received another complaint from my tenant and proceeded to reach out to the building inspector on May 17, 2025. I received a date for inspection on May 19, and communicated this to ***** by text same day, with no response. The morning of May 22, I communicated again by text to ***** regarding the building inspector, and received no response. The building inspector for the city of ********* arrived late morning on May 22 and found several serious concerns with the building. I have attached the inspection report detailing the concerns. I called ***** following the inspection, and the number was out of service. Since this date, I have tried calling ***** on May 23 and May 26, but the number remains out of service. I have tried emailing, both ***************************************** and ******************************************************** on May 22, May 23, and May 26 with no responses. I have tried contacting ***** through **** ******** page on May 22. My partner drove to his business address on May 22 at ******************************************************** and left a printed request with the building manager to deliver.
