    I am writing to urgently address errors on my credit report caused by the unauthorized sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus, which has led to significant financial and emotional distress.According to 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I have the right to financial privacy and expect my information to be kept confidential.Furthermore, under 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), a consumer reporting agency cannot disclose account details without my explicit consent, which I have not provided.The discrepancies related to WEYMOUTH COMMONS APTS have negatively affected my financial situation, requiring immediate correction.Please also ensure compliance with 15 USC 1666(b), which prohibits marking credit card payments as late under certain conditions.For your reference, my account details are as follows:Account Number: ********** I request an immediate review of my account, correction of the inaccuracies on my credit report, and strict adherence to federal laws protecting my information.If these concerns are not addressed promptly, I may pursue legal action.     This past resident moved out on September 19, 2022 owing us a balance of $6,509.30.  They did not make any payments towards the balance owed and never contacted us to make a payment plan.  This complaint essentially states that they did not give us permission to send their account to collections.  However, in the lease contract they signed with us, it states the following:  "Other Remedies. We may report unpaid amounts to credit agencies."

    I have attached the signed lease contract here in which they agree to allow us to report unpaid amounts to credit agencies (highlighted on page 5).  I concealed the information for the other resident since they were not included in the complaint.
