    Customer came in with a complaint of a smudge on head liner claiming that whoever performed her vehicle state inspection had left a **** on headliner. 

    I had walked out to inspect.  The smudge on the headliner deffinatly did not appear to be fresh as if it was just made anytime recently , and looked like a dark dirt.  smudge was not directly above drivers area , but along the very edge where the door meets headliner when shut at the very top.  I had asked about when inspection sticker was done and she had said end of Aug. which would have had a month's time of passing before making her return to complain about a smudge on her headliner.  I had asked her how she couldn't have noticed it at time of her visit , as it can be seen when door is opened when entering vehicle.  To which she didn't have a response.  there was mention of another person driving her vehicle but said they never noticed the smudge. 

    Yes , when I walked out to inspect her vehicle for complaint of a smudge , my hands were dirty but , I refused to even open customers door and asked that she would for fact that I didn't want to touch the vehicle due to dirty hands and refused to get in vehicle , only leaned in for a look while keeping hands clear.  

    Here we pride ourselves in cleanliness , especially when in and around a customer's vehicle and have always left a vehicle in better condition than what we have found it. 

    Hard to believe that after a months time has passed , the owner , and other individuals that were operating the vehicle never noticed a dirt smudge when it is just about the first thing that comes into eye contact when entering the vehicle.

    The inspection sticker was done on August 28th 2023, i filed the original complaint the day my mom was told to pretty much **** it up on September 8th 2023. That is a 10 day time period. I was on vacation out of the country for 9 days and noticed it when i first got in my vehicle and looked up. The smudge is not visible when you open the drivers side door and get in the vehicle. Only when you look up can you see the black smudge. My mom not noticing the smudge right away just shows my mom did not look up when getting into the vehicle. When my mother went back to try to get the smudge removed the man was very rude and said no one ever has dirty hands yet he admits his hands were dirty. He was rude and insisted it couldnt have come from them yet my vehicle didnt move from the ************************************************************************************ attempts to get it cleaned. There is no possible way it could have come from my mother as shes ********************************************** grease. The smudge couldnt have come from anywhere else and i do not appreciate someone being rude to my mother insisting its her fault for the smudge getting there. Out of all the 7 vehicles owned by my household none will ever get serviced again by this business and ill make sure i recommend every person  i know to stay away considering the rude, disrespectful owners who have no care to fix a problem they created. If it were your own vehicle in the same situation you would have done the exact same thing only to be met by a disrespectful response.

    This vehicle has not made a return to my shop for -anything- since the initial state inspection on Aug. 28 until last week roughly between Sept. 18 and Sept 20th.  Vehicle didn't not return on the 8th of Sept. 10 days later , but just shy of a month later.  If this smudge on the headliner is so noticeable and was done by us why didn't anybody mention anything the day of the vehicles visit?  Why would anyone touch your headliner entering or exiting a vehicle?  Yes , the day you came back last week we were busy as usual and someone took a walk with you outside to inspect , but did not get into your vehicle nor did he even open the door. 

    Again , we pride ourselves here in regards to cleanliness in others vehicles. 

    We have minimum of 30+ vehicles enter and exit out facility on a day to day basis just for state inspections stickers alone , not including vehicles that actually are having a service performed with zero complaints ever. 

    We will not be making any other responses on this matter online , if you would like to politely discuss this in person without automatically accusing us or employees of wrong doing we would be more than happy to discuss it with you.

    My car returned to All Make Auto the day the stain was noticed and the same day I filed the complaint which was September 8th 2023. The car was brought to the shop where it was insisted by an employee the stain could not have come from them. I am sure your business has security cameras and if you checked them you would see between 1:30pm-2:30pm my black cadillac XT5 was indeed brought back. Since that day my car has not returned to your shop and will not return again unless you take responsibility for damaging my vehicle. I will not be returning to discuss this issue in person as I do not feel like being gaslit when I am very aware of what happened. Again as I said in the last comment, the stain in not visible when you open the door and get into the vehicle, it is only visible when you are in the drivers seat and look up. It not being noticed the day of the state inspection is due to the fact my mother did not look up when getting in the vehicle. Getting the stain on my vehicle could be as simple as an employee putting their hand there or having a hat/someones head hit the headliner on the way out. As for saying there has never been a complaint that is not true as there are reviews on line that specifically mention rude and unfriendly employees. Your willingness to deny my complaint instead of accepting responsibility goes to show the poor customer service skills. Myself and my vehicle will not return unless it is agreed upon that the damage will be fixed.
