  I had a deeply disappointing experience with this bathroom remodeling company. Not only was the work subpar, but I was appalled to learn that they exploit foreign workers by underpaying them in order to maximize their profits. The crew seemed overworked and rushed, which likely explains the numerous mistakes in the renovation. They cut corners at every turn and didnt seem to care about the quality of the work.Beyond the poor craftsmanship, its incredibly disheartening to see a company mistreat its employees like this. I cant support a business that sacrifices fair wages and ethical practices for the sake of higher margins. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your remodeling needs. There are plenty of companies that value their workers and deliver quality service.

  We hired Barra Building for a complete gut /kitchen remodel in April 2022. We were provided with a detailed contract with an accurate timeline. ***** constantly kept in contact with us to let us know what work we could expect to be done each week. When they ran into problems, because the house was old, he would quickly get in touch with us to let us know what would need to be done. We were very happy with the project manager that was at our house almost every day throughout the project. If he told us one of his employees or subcontractors was going to be working at the house on a particular day, they always showed up. His team ************** up at the end of each day and was able to contain most of the dust and debris from getting into the rest of the house. I would recommend Barra Building to anyone looking for home improvements.

  We hired ***** to complete a gut renovation of our kitchen and bathroom in our early ****s home in ******* It was important to us to maintain the unique features and charm of the house while providing long-overdue updates and a more efficient, welcoming space in the heart of our home. From our very first meeting, the passion for his craft was evident and he kept an open line of communication throughout the project. From the get go he was coming up with innovative solutions to work with our old houses quirks. *****, *****, and all of the subcontractors were so delightful to work with and did an incredible job with keeping the project moving along on schedule. While we did not stay at the house during the project, we checked in often and they kept the work area immaculately tidy at the end of each day. ***** and his team take immense pride in their work and I would recommend him to anyone in the area seeking home improvements. We look forward to working with Barra Building again as we plan for future projects in the next few years!
