    Mrs,Mr, I contact you in regards to an order placed the 28/07/2023 at *********************************** for a keyboard and a set of accessories for a total of $324.89 including $41.89 of shipment from DHL Express Worldwide which was imposed on me since the company did not offer any alternative shipment option. All products were apparently in stock during my order and as such the company claims 2-5 business day shipping delay . I did receive a shippment notification the 24/08/2032 so almost a full month after the date i placed my order . Furthermore as of the date of my complain we are the 26/08/2023 and i have yet to receive my order so the 2 business days have not been respected. Therefore i find the $41.89 for the shipment service to be unjustified and i would like to request a full refound for that service. Best Regards .
