    I ordered a product and paid in full. The date for the item to be finished was 20 weeks. That date has come and gone and *** tried to contact the company on multiple platforms and they refuse to respond. I have no idea if I will ever received the product I paid for.

    04/01/2025 I had purchased a glove strap in which was delivered to the wrong address and received no contact at all after multiple attempts of reaching out via phone, email and social media. I had placed another order a couple months after the first one and after refusing to contact or addressing the mess up I wish to just cancel the order and receive a refund. After attending to contact about this I have still yet to receive a reply. Attached i have the product being delivered to the wrong address. As well as the order I am requesting a refund on.

    I purchased an item from triton leather works on December ****** and was given a ETA of February 13- April 9. I have not received the item and have tried contacting the seller multiple times via text, email and phone number with no answer. The item number is TL39IQ1Y.

    I made a purchase with the company on December 8 of 2024. There was a leadtime of 5 to 8 weeks. It is now April 12 2025 and I still have not received my product. I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails And received no answers back. I think this company is a scam and any help you could give me in resolving this issue would be helpful.

    On March 21st, 2025 I placed an order for $113.00, the item was a custom radio strap for firefighters like myself that use them for work. The estimated ship time was 4-6 weeks, the original email confirmation said April 11th- May 7th was the expected arrival date. However on social media the company announced that they are months behind and only now starting orders from November. I attempted to contact the company a number of times via the email and phone number given in the email for help, with no response. Orders with this company may be able to be canceled, however their website doesnt have working customer accounts, and the sign on link is broken. The order cannot be canceled, will never get to me based on address change, and they do not reach out in communication efforts. I filed a dispute with my bank to refund the money and cancel the order since they clearly have no already started on my order from March.
