    We contracted this company to come out to inspect and clean our three chimneys. The person showed up with no drop cloths, no cleaning equipment other than a drill with a brush attached. Took 5 minutes at each fireplace, got soot EVERYWHERE, asked ME for towels, did not close any of the flus, broke the main flu to our largest fireplace which has been allowing massive amounts of freezing cold air into the house ever since. They did not get on the roof to inspect. When I insisted they come back to inspect the roof, he came back and said he did, but he did not have any ladders with him so I'm not sure how he even did that. I tried contacting the company multiple times about the broken flu, and got weird answer machine, hang **** Finally I got through to someone pretending I was looking for new service. They promised they'd come out to fix it, but then ghosted **** finally did some research and discovered this is a nation-wide scam Chimeny Cleaning website.     The company did reach out to me, and then attempt to bully me into retracting my complaint. They insisted they did not cause damage and continued to insisted. I remove my complaint, and only after removing my complaint with the look at my chimney again.  They were very demanding, and refused to send. A different worker out from the one who caused the original damage.  We did not feel safe having this company back in our home.

    Company is a scam, their chimney sweeps are not licensed and my card was over charged. They didnt inspect the chimney with a camera for issues as claimed so no way to know if its actually safe or not. They charged almost $2000 to vacuum and put a metal cap on the top. Whoever came out had a different company name on the piece of paper with no tracking invoice number.
