      yes we hire **** jewett constrution back in 2019 to fix the roof to fix columans repair Gutters this constrution company did not corrrect the problem on water leaking out of gutters we have ********************* here many times he still has not fix leak the water is going down on bricks and frezze up we have call him left message and will not return any calls we paid **** jewett a lot money over $twenty six thousand dollars he gave us a ten year warrthy on roof it is not fix right so he needs come back here and fix it right

      Response to complaint # ********.   I will refer to , ****** voicemail left on my phone from October 18, 2023 , as ***********    

      Im Flabbergasted that w/in 10 days of receiving "****** "voice message , the only one ,single , communication from him , since at least if not more over a year ago now , from the 18 th  of this October , that I already received a letter from your organization ? ( I was out of state for a week ) . It has been over a year or more since my last contact with "***** " , re: this matter. I have responded to all of "******" phone calls in the past. I have met with him on 2 occasions while it was raining only to find nothing wrong . Further more I went there personally , up to the gutters / roof , and performed a water test .  Again , their were no signs of leaking or dripping at all ,from the original copper gutters ,that were re hung in such a way that the roof water would not cascade over the gutters ( as that's what was happening before, prior to my repair wo
      rk and cleaning them out  ) . Yes there are steps just below the gutter that water drips onto , as with , most other anything / everything else outside , things get dripped on when it's raining out ! I don't know how to help "*****" understand it's not possible to stop drips coming off of anything including the bottom of any

      this is regarding complaint # ******** ********************* construction company we hire **** back in 2019 to fix the gutters and roof water leaking out of gutters with  freeze onto  bricks  ********************* said i will fix it with a ten year warranty again we call him to fix it  we had him back in august 2021  water is still leaking on the bricks again we brought this to his attention and said there is nothing wrong with the gutters i all  call him a 2 or 3 in sept of 2022  about this problem **** would not return any calls or emails i call him on 10/ 20/ 23 **** would not call us back or come down to look at this building
