    Hi This person repaired roof and it is leaking on one side. Since roof work is guaranty for years.Try to call him so many times and responded couple of time and promised me to come over to look it up but never showed on promised day. Now he is not responding any phone calls.

    BBB has spoken with the business owner, he stated that he was never contracted to work on this roof, and had agreed to take on the work as a favor, to do a small repair on a small portion of the roof, he made the consumer aware that based on the condition of the roof, this was only a temporary fix that would need to be addressed again in the future. He was contacted again by the consumer for what turned out to be another section of the roof much higher up on the roof, that was completely unrelated to the work he had done, but the consumer expected that he would do this additional repair free of charge. He then recommended to the consumer that they hire another roofer to address the other issues with the roof.
